How to Guarantee You Get Results (with just about anything!)

How many times have you said this to yourself


“I know what to do, I just need to do it”


Ive heard this on countless occasions and Ive even said it to myself in the past many a time. I mean, don’t get me wrong, it is a start. Acknowledging what you need to do in order to reach a goal, but eventually we are going to need to ACT if we want to get there.


And how we get there is ALSO extremely important. Simply stating “I know what to do" wont get you far, Im afraid


What we need is a PLAN


Something that has actionable steps. Tasks we MUST complete in order to accomplish what we set out to do


Im pretty Bill Gates didn't sit at home just knowing what to do to become the worlds first billionaire... nope. He came up with a clear plan that would get him there


And its exactly the same here


We first must identify the SKILLS we need to accomplish the goal.


We then must put these SKILLS into PRACTISE, like you would say with a sport


We then take these SKILLS we must PRACTISE and create whats known as a PLAN OF ACTION


And there we have it.. What was once a wish and hope is now made possible



Yet, all too often we we say and promise ourselves that we will do these things, YET we fail 99% of the time, to come up with a plan to ACTUALLY get us there


Im going to let you in on a little secret to help


The below formula Im showing you is the exact one I use with my own clients

THE GOAL: TO BE MORE FLEXIBLE



The SKILL would be to identify the areas that bother you daily or you feel are the tightest


The PRACTISE would be to do stretches and mobility work that target these areas


The PLAN would be to set aside time in your diary to carry these out 3x times a week



Repeat the above over and over consistently, which in turn results in you accomplishing your goal


Seems simple right


Almost like common sense


Well it kinda is. Its just something many of us over look when it comes to training and changing our health for the better.


So right now, grab a pen and paper and write down what you'd like to achieve and by when. Now use the above formula to map out a plan that allows you to reach this goal within the desired time frame. DO this and YOU guarantee yourself success. Plus its FREE, why wouldn't you take advantage ?!


Remember: Any goal THAT doesn't have a plan is just a wish or a dream. Our health/ performance/ physique goals shouldn't be treated any differently
